Russian Federation at meeting of United Nations convicted Latvia of carrying out a Russophobic course

The press secretary of a permanent representative Russian Federation at United Nations Fedor Kirillovich Strzhizhovsky convicted Riga of carrying out a Russophobic course after the representative Latvia tried to accuse without adducing any proof Moscow of allegedly use of information in quality of "the instrument of the Russian fighting operations".
