Nobel Prize the world the second time in a row goes to Russian Federation. It was awarded to the human rights center "Memorial" (it was recognized inoagenty and it is liquidated according to the court decision ). Besides, the award was got by the Ukrainian human rights organization "Center of Civil Liberties" and the Belarusian lawyer Ales Belyatsky.
