Pandemic lessons: in WHO support recommendations of the Independent commission

In WHO agree with conclusions of the independent commission that during a pandemic there was no appropriate level of the international solidarity and fast data exchange about pathogens, samples, resources, technologies and instruments of fight, including vaccines.
