The deputy Gorbachev Gennady twisted State Council of the Komi Republic

Gorbachev Gennady works in republican parliament two convocations. In the first it was included into Communist Party of the Russian Federation, in the second — into "United Russia" Party. But at the end of the last meeting of the last session of the State Council of the VI convocation it declared an exit from ranks of United Russia party members. At meeting on June 10 the chairman of committee of the State Council by the legislation and local government Gorbachev Gennady suggested to consider the regulations some prepared by it.
