The presidium City Court of the Moskovka settlement in cassation instance cancelled a sentence to the former vice-chairman of Government Komi Republic to Romadanov Konstantin, earlier condemned on seven years on "Gayzer's business". The criminal case is submitted on new consideration to Zamoskvorechye district court of the city of Moscow, reported information agency "BNK" in Site Moscow region Gorodskoye court.
