Chapter Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation Sergey Donskoy, addressing with welcome speech to participants of a forum, emphasized that Primorsky territory – not only the most beautiful region of our country, but also a point of economic growth Far East. The richest natural resources, favorable geographical arrangement promote attraction of investments in region economy. But any large investment projects demand introduction of modern technologies, reducing negative impact on environment, the minister noted. In his opinion, toughening of responsibility for ecological offenses, introduction of the best available technologies and modern mechanisms of the address with waste, increase of level of ecological culture in society has to become a result of carrying out Year of ecology. And the forum "The nature without borders" is extremely important for achievement of these purposes, considers Sergey Donskoy.

"It is convinced that with your help we will be able … to see the collected problems under a new point of view and to offer new ways of their decision for increase of ecological quality of life to Russian Federation", – the head of Ministry for Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources noticed.

Within a forum five main round tables on subjects of ecologically focused growth of economy, developments monitoring environment, developments Especially protected natural territories, prospects of ensuring ecological safety settlements and ecological education worked.

In the performances participants of a forum paid attention that recently anthropogenous impact on environment considerably increased. So, the problem of a coal dust became one of subjects of discussion. As noted acting, it concerned the population practically all seaports Primorsky territory, as well as Far East. Though the stevedoring companies also have the ecological programs, but for reaction of the population it is visible that people consider these programs insufficient. Executive power publicly declared more than once Primorsky territory were applied and that these ports were out of settlements", – the first vice governor Vasily Usoltsev emphasized, speaking at the plenary session which has opened a forum.

Interlocutors of our weekly almost unanimously said that the forum outgrew for today the borders. So, Nikolaeva Victoria considers that "Without borders" for a long time it is time for nature to move to a federal level.

In turn, Darman Youri noted: "Unfortunately, it turned out so that East economic forum delayed attention of the top officials of the state and governors from long ago already existing specialized platform on environmental issues – the International forum "The nature without borders". As a result its level gradually falls, the subject is narrowed only to problems Primorsky territory. I think, it would be reasonable to combine it with the annual festival "Day of a Tiger" – that before the general holiday and a carnival to carry out "The nature without borders" as its scientific and expert component. Thus to concentrate on biodiversity preservation, and questions of waste, technologies, to transfer businesses to annual VEF".

It agrees with the stated remarks and Korshenko Alexander, in his opinion, the forum needs further development: "We need to combine efforts on the solution of the international environmental problems, with use of renewables, involvement in economic circulation of secondary resources. For this purpose ecological modernization of all types of economic activity and environmental management, preservation of biological diversity, strengthening of interaction of government bodies with the scientific and public ecological organizations, ecological education of the population are of particular importance. It is remarkable that reports on a number of problems were made by young scientists and students, teachers and journalists, representatives of travel agencies. Our forum is significant that passed in the declared President of the Russian Federation "Year of ecology". Now it is time to pass of a Year of ecology to an Eyelid of ecology".
