Lviv fell a victim of garbage policy

Lviv, one of the most developed cities Western Ukraine, three years ago actively supported "euromaidan" forces, today chokes with garbage. For the last year difficulties with export and utilization of household waste turned into a serious political conflict between President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko and the Lvov mayor Andrey Ivanovich Sadovy.
