The blogger and the designer Artemy Lebedev called the word "Russians" idiotic. It expressed such opinion in release of the review of the news, available in "VKontakte". The designer remembered speech of the vice speaker of State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Petr Tolstoy, declared that the term "Russians" was thought up by the former President of the Russian Federation Boris Yeltsin.
