The Black Sea fleet of Russia needs to be prepared in advance for opposition to new threats, in particular, "the coalitions by sea opportunities of Ukraine" which will be headed by Great Britain and Norway. Such statement was made on December 11 by the military expert Maxime Aleksandrovich Klimov.
