Undersecretary of Security Council Mikhail Mikhaylovich Popov: the storm on the Black Sea disseminated minefields of Ukraine

The deputy secretary of Security Council Mikhail Mikhaylovich Popov in conversation with KP declared that the storm which arose at the end of November on the Black Sea, could disseminate mine obstacles of Armed forces of Ukraine.
