Annually on November 30 the world community reveres memory of victims of the chemical weapon. The memorial of United Nations was established in November, 2005 at the initiative of participants of Conference of the states — participants of the Convention on prohibition of development, productions, accumulation and use of the chemical weapon and its destruction (KZHO). Originally Day of memory of all victims of use of the chemical weapon was celebrated on April 29, in day of coming into effect of KZHO.
