Rostov will transfer part of municipal heating systems to concession

JSC Teplokommunenergo intends to take part of heating systems of Rostov in concession. The general director of the enterprise Denise Aleksandrovich Rodionov declared it on enlarged meeting of the government of Rostov Region. According to him, the relevant agreement with a city administration it is planned to conclude in 2024.
