On November 21 with support of Fund of presidential grants in the Samara diocesan church and historical museum two new halls opened: hall of history of the Samara diocese with the exposition devoted to social and patriotic activity since 1941 to the present, and memorial part - a cell of the metropolitan Ioann (Snychev) who nearly a quarter of the century headed the Samara chair.
