Nurlat condemned for malicious evasion from payment of the alimony

Nurlat district Gorodskoye prosecutor's office Republic of Tatarstan held the state charge on criminal case concerning the 39-year-old local resident. Court found the woman guilty of the commission of crime, the criminal code of Russian Federation provided p.1 by Art. 157 (failure to pay by the parent in defiance of the solution of vessels funds for the maintenance of minor children if this act is made repeatedly).
