The poor countries have to receive from International Monetary Fund 300 billion dollars a year for financings fight against climatic crisis, the winner declared Nobel Prize on economy Dzhozef Yudzhin Stiglits. Addressing journalists of newspaper "The Guardian" at annual meeting of International Monetary Fund in Marrakech, Dzhozef Yudzhin Stiglits told that the analog of the Law of United States of America about inflation reduction – a package of grants and the subsidies, intended for assistance to "green" growth and creation of workplaces is necessary to developing countries.
