Cancellation of a sanctions mode: value of the veto Russian Federation concerning Mali

On August 30, 2023 in UN Security Council vote for prolongation of a sanctions mode concerning Mali took place. These measures were directed on extension of a ban on trip abroad and freezing of the assets entered by the Resolution 2374 concerning eight persons which were caught of "preventing or threat" to the Agreement on the world and reconciliation to Mali of 2015.
