Today, on September 20, 2023, at the summit of United Nations on climatic ambitions in New York the development Program United Nations (PROON) declared development a large-scale joint program on creation of the vital early warning systems in some of the most vulnerable to climate of the countries of the world. The initial contribution in a size of 1,3 million US dollars from the Green Climatic Fund (GCF) will be used for start of much more large-scale initiative directed on granting 157 million US dollars from ZKF and the governments of the partner countries for advance to the general early prevention...
