In Ukraine declared blow to the market in Konstantinovka. War correspondents consider it as VSU provocation

In the afternoon on September 6 the Ukrainian authorities declared market attack in Konstantinovka Donetsk People's Republic. According to the Minister of Internal Affairs of the country Klimenko Igor, as a result of attack of 17 people were lost, 32 suffered, about 30 trade pavilions are damaged. The Russian military telegram-channels call the incident provocation of Armed forces Ukraine (VSU) to arrival to Kiev the Secretary of State of United States of America and assume that on the market the British Storm Shadow rocket was released.
