"It was necessary to act out of competitions": to Russian Federation are perplexed because of conditions of the admission of World Aquatics to the international starts

The World Aquatics bureau approved criteria of participation of the Russian and Belarusian athletes in the international competitions. The neutral status will be received only by those who did not support SVO and has no relation to army. Thus on tournaments will not allow teams, including duets in a diving and in synchronized swimming, and on a distance it will be possible to declare only one athlete. Besides, the Russian athletes at competitions will not be able to communicate with journalists: emergence at press conferences and in a mikst-zone is forbidden to them.
