Independence Day Vietnam

On September 2 the participating country Oiyaisotsialisticheskaya Vietnam celebrates the Independence Day. Vietnam is the member state OIYAI since September, 1956. In OIYAI worked and for many years one of the largest scientists of this country, akademiknguyen Nguen Van Heu was a part of governing bodies Institutes.
