In the village Ust-Nem Ust-Kulom district the new medical out-patient clinic was solemnly open. Komi Republic regional offices of "United Russia" Party, the chairman State Council of the Komi Republic Usachev Sergei, the deputy minister of health care Komi Republic, the supporter of Party Natalia Vytegorova and the head of municipality, the secretary of Ust-Kulomsky local office of party Sergei Ruban the first undersecretary.
