The minister of constructions told Tula region about it on July 26 at a briefing Kira Ignatchik. She noted that at the initiative of the Governor Alexey Dyumin in culture spheres, educations, health care and sports this year in the region proceed construction 16 objects, 12 of them – with attraction of financial resources federal budgets. The total amount of investments makes 18,8 billion rubles. Two more objects – FOK on Sanatornaya St. in Tula and the Center of exceptional children "Constellation" – are under construction with attraction of non-budgetary sources.
