Goods turnover of ports of Latvia decreased by 14%, volumes of iron roads – for 40%

According to data of the Ministry of messages of Latvia, semi-annual turns of ports of the country decreased by 14,2%, to 20,23 million tons. All ports finished half-year with a minus. Volumes of ports and iron roads are influenced by a geopolitical situation and sanctions concerning the Russian oil-product freights. As a result - all nomenclature of harbors in a negative field, except for processing of grain, rubble, nakatny freights and forest products.
