Public men suggest police to identify the homeless and to direct them on work

Members of Civic chamber and Council for guardianship in a social sphere at the government offered an initiative for identification of homeless people with help to police and their labor rehabilitation. According to the project, homeless people who cannot serve itself, are offered to be sent to the Center of social adaptation, capable — to "social and labor houses", and women — to the crisis centers.
