Caseworkers can refuse to serve at home patients with tuberculosis or patients with abscess

Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation created the list of diseases which can be the cause for refusal in social service at home, in a hospital or in a semi-hospital. The list entered both mental, and infectious diseases. Parliamentarians claim that it is made for safety caseworkers. Mental disorders got to the list, "causing tendency to commission of socially dangerous actions" and dependence on psychoactive agents.
