Senators approved the law on criminal penalty for "black" collectors

Collectors for threats of application of violence will go to prison for a period of 3 till 10 years. Such amendments to UK and Federal law of the Russian Federation of 18 December 2001 No. 174-FZ "On the Criminal-Procedural Code of the Russian Federation" were approved at meeting by Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. The document establishes criminal liability for illegal activity on return arrears citizens.
