Europeans hold seeds

New rules of localization of productions seeds to Russian Federation caused concern of the European participants of the market. The association of Euroseeds reported to the prime minister Mikhail Mishustin about risks for further work to Russian Federation because of requirements to create joint ventures under control the local organizations, to carry out selection of a full cycle and to report to Ministry for agriculture. Experts are afraid of decrease in productivity and a rise in prices because of leaving from the market of part of foreign seeds, but the regulator is confident in need of protection of domestic market.
