In State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation introduced the bill of cancellation of double collection of the VAT at car resale

To Russian Federation suggest to cancel double collection of the VAT at resale of cars with run between the dealer centers. Such bill of senators is submitted for consideration in State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and published in electronic base of chamber. Now primary VAT is put in cost new cars. However, if dealer buys the car with run directly at the driver, then opportunity to sell it to other legal person at the real price is not present. According to the law, the second legal person will have to pay the VAT from an overall cost of the car, and the deduction of the VAT can declare only from a difference between the prices of acquisition and sales upon purchase a car...
