The climatic pact Glasgow, accepted at Conference of the parties of the Framework convention of the UN about climate change (RKIK of United Nations), can be hardly realized, the Russian scientists claim on the basis of calculations. The main objective of the pact — "to hold a gain of global average temperature below 2 °C over preindustrial levels (1850-1900) and to make efforts for restriction of growth of temperature to 1,5 °C". Reduction of emissions of the carbon dioxide caused by burning of fossil fuel, is the main tool in the solution of a main goal of the pact Glasgow.
