Deputies committee on ecology, natural resources and environmental protection approved State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation according to which for subsoil users responsibility is consolidated to preservation of animals and the plants living on sites of a subsoil. The document is developed at the request of the president of the country.
