Competing in speed with China

During week-end the vice-president of United States of America Kamala Harris finished tour over the countries of Africa. In eight days the politician visited Ghana, Tanzania and Zambia. It became the most high-ranking official of administration of Biden, visited Africa this year. The American mass media do not hide that a main goal of visit — counteraction to China which influence on the continent over the last ten years considerably increased.
