Prosecutor's office of the Belomorsk district of the Republic of Karelia carried out an inspection of performance of the legislation on municipal service. It is established that the head of administration of the Sosnovetsky rural settlement and the head of the Letnerechensky rural settlement are found by the sentences which have entered validity of vessels guilty respectively of commission of the crimes provided by h. 2 Art. 315 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (malicious non-execution of the solution of vessels) and h. 2 Art. 285 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (use by the head of local government of the office powers contrary to interests of service), however their powers in defiance of requirements of the federal legislation not...
