On the eve of New Year 2017 and in Day of the rescuer Russian Federation the chief Glavnogo of managements Head department of Ministry of the Russian Federation for Civil Defence, Emergency Situations and the Relief of Natural Disasters on the Republic of Tatarstan Rafis Khabibullin took part in the New Year's stock "Fir-tree of Desires". Its purpose – to present pleasure and feeling of New Year's magic.
