In Belomorsk district criminal case is directed to court about non-execution of the solution of vessels

Prosecutor's office of the Belomorsk district of the Republic of Karelia approved the indictment on criminal case concerning the Head of administration of municipal educations "the Sosnovetsky rural settlement" in the commission of crime, the provided h. 2 Art. 315 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (malicious non-execution by the municipal employee of the decision which have entered validity of vessels).
