Committee State Duma of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on science and Higher education asks to exempt from mobilization of scientists and the teachers having scientific degrees — deputies sent such bill to the government. Important condition — the state higher education institution or scientific research institute has to be a primary place of employment of such exempt.
