Interregional prosecutor's office of the Borovichi district of the Novgorod region recognized lawful and reasonable the resolution of investigative body on initiation of legal proceedings upon the commission of crime provided p.1 by Art. 109 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (causing death on imprudence).
