The Belarusian received 15 days of arrest for a tattoo which security officers considered as "Hitler's portrait" the Inhabitant Minsk Gil Pawel was detained for a tattoo. About it reports Human rights center "Vesna" in the Telegram - the channel. According to the organization, the man arrested for 15 days. Security officers considered that on a breast of the Belarusian the leader nazi Germany Adolf Gitler is represented. The man told that put on a body a portrait of the classic of the Belarusian literature Janka Kupala. Security officers in reply allegedly asked Gil Pawel to quote Kupala's verses that he could not make. It is specified that militiamen gave out to it for "studying"...
