State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on Wednesday adopted the bill significantly expanding possibilities of supply of donor blood to the Russian pharmaceutical companies in the third reading. Now private enterprises cannot make preparations on the basis of the blood, all process — from a fence and transportation to productions — is monopolized by the state. According to experts, changes in the legislation will allow to interest producers and become a push to development the personalized approach in treatment of rare diseases.
