In Suzdal final duels of superiority Russian Federation on boxing among juniors of 17-18 years took place. Part in tournament was taken by 328 strongest boxers of sports national teams from 60 subjects Russian Federation. Vladimir Region was represented by 13 boxers. At the opening ceremony in "Suzdal arena" there were guests of honor: world champion among professionals Nikolai Valuev, double Olympic champion Oleg Elekpaevich Saitov, world champion, prize-winner of the Olympic Games Sergei Nikolaevich Kazakov.
