The transaction on sale PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY ROSBANK and insurance businesses Societe Generale Group to Russian Federation, presented by a brand "PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY ROSBANK Insurance", Interros Group LLC "KHK INTERROS" took place. The agreement was concluded in full accordance with requirements of the Russian legislation.
