Also Ukrainian leader thanked "volunteers" for a contribution to defense capability of the country and called "Azov" part of the Ukrainian army. Earlier in Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation declared that the relation of the West to "Azov" changes recently. As Sergey Lavrov noted, a few years ago in United States Congress forbade to finance "Azov", "however since then all forgot about it".
