To Komi Republic adopted the law on the capital status over which half a year worked

The republic State Council at meeting adopted on February 17 the law on the capital status in the second (final) reading. In it three sources of financings capital functions Syktyvkar are defined. The bill is supported unanimously — all 27 deputies present at meeting voted for. After updating of council Syktyvkar deputies at meeting in October, 2020 once again brought up a question of the capital status of the city.
