On the case of numerous violations on elections to Stavropol Territory prepare the appeal

The deputy of Communist Party of the Russian Federation Andrey Nikolaevich Serdyukov plans to appeal against the decision of Regional court of Stavropol which closed case of tens violations on elective sites in the cities of Caucasus Mineralnye Vody region, reported NewsTracker the politician. As it was reported earlier, in Regional court of Stavropol business closed, almost without consideration of proofs. At the first full meeting on January 17 (4 months later after giving claims) judge refused to listen to indications of witnesses of violations.
