A number of member states of UNGA  lost a vote as ran into debt the contributions to budget to the organization. So, it is a question of such countries, as Iran, Sudan, Venezuela, Antigua, Dependency of Barbuda, Congo, Guinea, Papua New Guinea. The largest of them - Iran, Venezuela and Sudan - ran into debt to HECTARE more than 18 million dollars, about 40 million and nearly 300 thousand dollars respectively.
