On December 9 – the International day of fight against corruption

The international day of fight against corruption (International Day Against Corruption) is proclaimed UNGA  and it is noted annually on December 9. This day in 2003 the Convention of United Nations against corruptions was open for signing. The document obliges the states which have signed it to declare a criminal offense of a bribe, plunder budgetary funds and laundering of the corruption income. It agrees to one of provisions of the Convention, it is necessary to return means to that country, from where they arrived as a result corruptions.
