At the first stage in the remote and small settlements there were access points, and people could on Wi-Fi use Internet. Now in settlements build base stations thanks to what inhabitants receive cellular communication and the high-speed Internet. One of such stations earned in the settlement Wintering Koigorodok district. The settlement is located in 160 kilometers from Syktyvkar and in 50 kilometers from federal highways "Vyatka".
