In a week a job "the PHOT 3.0" the second stage of 29 banks was got by about 16,5 thousand demands from businesses on the preferential credits for the sum more than 71 billion rubles, Andrey Belousov with participation of the profile departments, the largest Russian banks and business communities follow from information of Ministries of Economic Development, presented at meeting about a course of implementation of this program at the first Deputy Prime Minister.
