"There is a soil sounding": why in Ukraine started talking about change of the form of government

In the Ukrainian society now there is no request for change of the form of government in the country with parliamentary and presidential on the presidential. The head of Servant of the People fraction reported about it in The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Davide Arakhamiya. So he commented on words of the secretary National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Aleksey Danilov about need of strengthening of a role of the head of state for system of managements Ukraine. Davide Arakhamiya characterized an initiative as personal opinion of the secretary of National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.
