Yvan Medvedev: "The law on the budgetary credits will help development regions"

State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation in the third reading adopted the law on additional support of regions. According to the parliamentarian Yvan Medvedev, the document will allow to lower debt load of regional budgets, to replace the commercial credits budgetary, to provide infrastructure loans under small percent. President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin with the message to Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on April 21 suggested to help regions with high level of commercial debts. Debt regions on the commercial credits which exceeds 25% of own income, will be replaced with the budgetary credits with a maturity date till 2029...
