Chapter Kurgan retires

The director of the department of a social policy Helena Sitnikov will temporarily fulfill his duties. Chapter Kurgan Andrey Potapov summed up the results of the work in local governments and thanked deputies for joint fruitful work: "Together we managed to make a lot of things on creation of a favorable urban environment, improvement of the maintenance of roads, modernizations of city infrastructure, to repair and to construction establishments of the social sphere".
